Well, on that article we’ve linked above, we said that only some ISPs (mainly Smart) does the blocking – because neither Globe nor PLDT Home broadband users complain about being blocked. Now, it seems that PLDT also implemented the same measure, prohibiting access only to PornHub and not to some other popular adult websites such as RedTube and XVideos.

Maybe because of seeing tweets from enraged Pinoys and decreased amount of web traffic from Philippines, PornHub’s Aria (via a tweet) have asked PLDT to unblock them in the Philippines, saying that Philippines need their porn.

Not poking out the pun, PLDT via its PLDT Cares handle on Twitter responded that they did block the site in compliance with the government’s order.  Yep, it’s all just the implementation of the said law – they’re just complying.
