Most of humans do believe that Facebook is already a part of human’s daily routine, perhaps, you won’t be able to finish the day without checking your Facebook or Instagram account, nor using instant messaging service such as Messenger and WhatsApp. Today, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg shared in a Facebook post about how large is the Facebook community as of today, including its subsidiaries such as Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Internet.org and etc.

The post also include the quarterly results and their progress on building a global community for people, and a roadmap meaning the goal they set to reach after 10 years.

However, Zuckerberg noted that their biggest focus is to put video first across their family of apps. Does this mean that video will be a primary medium for their apps soon, like YouTube? We’ll see that on the coming years.

Our biggest focus continues to be putting video first across our family of apps. More than 150 million people now use Instagram Stories every day. We’ve launched our new camera in Messenger and have started rolling it out in Facebook as well. We have a lot more work ahead as we continue building the community we all want — one that is informed, supportive, safe, and a force for good in the world. Thank you for being a part of this journey to connect the world. – Mark Zuckerberg.
