STS PHILIPPINES, MAKATI – The successor to the fan-favorite Redmi Note 4 series is now in Philippine shores, and is going to be available on Tuesday, May 15.

Same as the one that debuted in China as Redmi Note 5 and in India as the Redmi Note 5 Pro (Xiaomi really confuses us with the naming, though), the handset offers slight upgrades in its specifications.

Pricing & Availability

The Redmi Note 5 retails for PhP11,990 for the 4GB/64GB variant and will be available on Xiaomi’s official stores physically and online in Lazada on May 15, Tuesday.

Unfortunately, there’s no word whether the 6GB / 64GB variant is going to be available here in the country.
